Annihilation

Description

Annihilation is a Geometry Wars clone. From the README:

Just kill everything, its that easy.

Extra life every 75,000 points and an extra bomb every 100,000.

Your weapon will change every 10,000 points depending on what you have been killing. If you manage to kill no enemies between life's, your weapon will revert to the very basic one.

You receive awards for completing certain tasks in the game, such as reaching a certain score.

You will need a fairly decent graphics card to play this game, just because of the amount of things moving around the playing area. Although the game is very playable on my 1.4Ghz Mac Mini. (Yes it would be great to have 3 CPU's like the 360 but we dont.)

The game can be played with Keyboard & Mouse, Dual Analogue Joystick or just the Keyboard.

It is recommended that you use a Dual Analogue Joystick.

If you want to play one handed on the keyboard, just redefine the shooting keys to the same as the movement keys.

Please configure your joystick before you try and play the game for the first time.

Menus are controlled through the keyboard, joystick or mouse.

The game will remember the last name typed onto the highscore table.
